What we collect. When you contact us or start a research project, you share contact details (name, email, phone) and family information (names, dates, places). That is the only personal information we collect, and you choose what to share.

How it is used. Your information is used to respond to you and to carry out your family-history research — nothing else. We never sell, rent, or share your family’s information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

How it is handled. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms and arrive in our private email. Purchases are processed through our secure checkout; we do not see or store your card details. The finished report belongs to you.

Your choices. You may ask us at any time to correct or delete the information you have shared. Write to cisco@sapling.family and we will take care of it.
